    Great post indeed!
    The first question in my mind is, what is main purpose of those people that give fake traffic?

    If it is harmful for our site ranking then we should must use these plugin or coding.
    I am using WordPress SEO by Yoast and it is very easy for me to put this code.

    I think for beginner, WordPress plugin is best option for this purpose.
